Biography
My name is Maryam Zivari Fard. I currently serve as PhD. candidate at Trinity College Dublin. I holds a master degree in Medical Toxicology from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. My researches focus on cell therapy, with a particular interest in application of stem cell in cancer disease.
I have contributed significantly to nanotechnology, including the evaluation of the effect of nano particles on human cell. I have published four papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented her work at various national and international conferences.
Before joining Trinity College Dublin, I worked at Kashan University of Medical Sciences where I work on isolation and culture of mesenchymal stem cell from rat bone marrow and creation of Alzheimer's animal model by stereotactic surgery.

I am also dedicated to teaching and mentoring the next generation of scientists. I have taught courses in Histology.

Outside of work, I enjoy play badminton and play harmonica.
